Cleaner cities. Fair work. Smart technology.
Greenest believes in cleaner cities, fair work, and smart technology. We prove that sustainability and convenience don't have to compete — every day, with every wash.

Our story
In 2011, Jerome Chanson started with a cargo bike and an idea: washing cars without water. In the city centers of Amsterdam and Utrecht, he cycled from car to car — with biodegradable products and zero emissions. Greenest became the first company in the world to wash cars from a cargo bike.
Today, Greenest is the largest mobile car wash network in the Netherlands. 13+ Clean Professionals across all 12 provinces. From private driveways to the parking lots of NATO and ESA.
Since May 2024, owner Dave van Akkeren is driving the next chapter: strengthening nationwide coverage, building stronger partnerships, and delivering the best service per wash.
The model
Every wash is handled by a local entrepreneur — someone from your area who knows the neighborhood. No call center, no faceless staff. Local craftsmanship, national quality.
Our Clean Professionals receive training, professional equipment, and an exclusive territory. They run their own business, backed by the full network.

Sustainability
We use roughly 2 liters of water per car. A regular car wash? 200 liters. Our products are biodegradable. Our equipment runs on emission-free battery packs. And in city centers, we ride cargo bikes — the first company in the world to do so.
